Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order. We always ship the order via DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS/EMS. And it will take about 3-7 days to be delivered to worldwide countries, maybe some more days for some remote places.

Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
